Publidock vs sharing Claude artifacts
Claude can share an artifact with people who have a Claude account, or with your organization on Team and Enterprise. Publidock gives work from Claude and every other tool a link anyone you choose can open, with the account they already have.
In short
Claude artifacts start private, and you can share one with anyone who has the link, with people you invite by email, or on Team and Enterprise with your whole organization. Everyone who opens a shared artifact needs a Claude account. Publidock is where the finished work goes when the audience is wider than your Claude users: the link opens for anyone, your company, the people you name, or a password, and Claude can publish to it directly.

When Claude artifacts is the better choice
- Everyone who needs to see it already uses Claude, in the same Team or Enterprise organization.
- You want people to open the artifact inside Claude, next to the conversation that made it.
When Publidock is the better choice
- Viewers should not need a Claude account: clients, partners, or colleagues on other tools.
- Your team makes work in more than one AI tool and wants one place to share it.
- You need a password link, versions at one address, or feedback pinned to the live page.

Can Claude publish straight to Publidock?
Yes. Add Publidock as a connector in Claude and ask: “Publish this dashboard to Publidock and give me the link.” Claude hands back the address and says who can open it.
Do people opening a Publidock link need a Claude account?
No. Public links need nothing, and company or named-people links use the Google or Microsoft account the viewer already has.
