Gallery
Every site in the workspace with who can open it and whether it’s live. Folders, pins, search and filters keep last quarter’s dashboard as easy to find as today’s brief.
What it does
- Folders in the sidebar: Group sites by team or project, and open a folder from anywhere in the app.
- Pin what matters: Pinned sites sit at the top, a click away.
- Search and filters: Search by title, address or folder, then narrow to public links, links expiring this week, or drafts.
- Who can open it, on every tile: Each site shows its sharing rule and whether it is live, so nothing is shared by surprise.
- Made in a canvas: Sites a canvas published say so, and link straight back to it.
- Archive frees a slot: Archiving stops serving a site and keeps its history, and it no longer counts against your plan.

One slug serving traffic. Archive it and the history is kept, serving stops, and the slot is free again.
Who can see the gallery?
Members of your workspace. Free and Solo have one member; Team and Business have unlimited members. People you share a site with see that site, not the gallery.
