Seat-priced tools force an admin to decide who counts. The viral moment — “look at this dashboard” — becomes a procurement question. Hosts meter bandwidth, so a report the whole company opens costs more than one nobody reads. Both are the wrong meter for this job.

## What we count

A live site is one slug serving traffic. Archive it and the history is kept, serving stops, and the slot is free again. That is the unit.

- Members are unlimited from Team up. Invite the company.
- Viewers are never charged, on any plan. Shared links are the growth loop.
- Storage and bandwidth are not line items. Publish a 400 MB export.

Free is five public-link sites. Team is 200 sites and the share rules companies actually need. Hit 200, add a site pack — you are never forced from $29 to $99 for capacity alone.

## What we do not sell separately

Audit logs and org policy stay on Business. Safety features are not add-ons. The free tier stays public-links-only, with a badge, so the compensating controls sit where the risk is.
